PAVA redesigned and expanded this midcentury modern ranch house with a colorful history of previous renovations. Starting with a complete gut that revealed many structural flaws, we brought the 4 seasons room into the main level of the house and moved the kitchen, laundry room, and primary bathroom to open up the floor plan. What started as a dark and confusing layout was converted into an bright and airy cohesive floor plan.
