Located near West Union Street, the historic street of Morganton, PAVA Construction, in partnership with Burkemont Dev Partners LLC, is excited to pursue Morganton’s first pocket neighborhood.

Our intention is to bring 14 gentle density units aimed at 55+ living comforts such as first floor living, minimal maintenance, and no curb showers.
