Affordability isn’t strictly about upfront cost. With housing cost at an all time high consumers need their homes to have untapped potential. In designing our product we try to leave space for value add opportunities such that owners aren’t left to the whim of the broader market. Owner’s can adapt their home for their families or the trends of the market.

With that we designed The Duplex. One side for owner occupation and the other as a dedicated rental. The leased unit pays principal on the mortgage and when the owner’s family is ready to grow they can knock through designated walls easily to combine the two sides.
